OUR ORGANIC FOOD IS PRODUCED BY BRITISH FARMERS WITH SUSTAINABILITY AND ANIMAL WELFARE IN MIND.
We specialize in supplying organic regional foods from all over Great Britain. The great diversity of the British landscape with its changing soil types, climate, crop and animal husbandry is a heritage that we all enjoy. The product of this has evolved in wonderful regional foods with flavour, texture and a purity that is unsurpassable.
Our meat and fish comes in sealed packs and can be fresh or frozen by agreement. Some products maintain their quality far better when frozen, which guarantees a high standard of freshness. All foods are delivered in an insulated box with ice packs.
As it is not possible to have exact weights with many products at checkout please note that the weights on your order are approximate. The exact weights are entered on your completed order, which may mean that a balancing refund or charge may be applied.

We have a large selection of wild sea fish, organically farmed game fish and smoked fish for you to choose from. All of our fish is packaged to keep it sparklingly fresh and is sealed in special packs to keep it clean, dry and with maximum convenience.

Poultry
All of our chickens are Free Range and have been reared to the highest standards. Our chickens have firm flesh and a taste that comes from being reared naturally with plenty of grass to range on, organically grown food and without stress.

 Sausages & Burgers
A selection of pork, beef and lamb sausages and burgers for all occaisions made with the finest organic ingredients. We also have game sausages which are not made with organic ingredients.
THERE ARE NO PRESERVATIVES, COLOURINGS OR ANY OTHER ADDITIVES OF ANY KIND IN THESE SAUSAGES.

Pork
Certified Organic Pork, using rare breeds such as Large White, Saddleback, Gloucester Old Spot, which are allowed freedom to live natural happy lives. This pork is soft to touch, tender to eat, sweet to taste and has crackling that is crisp and golden. Oh what delight; discover a new gastronomic experience, you won't have tasted anything like this for years.

 Lamb
Organic Lamb reared naturally on organic pastures. It has not been subject to stressfull rearing or transport - not only important for its welfare but also adds immesurably to quality of meat.

 Beef
Beef from traditional breeds organically certified. This ensures the highest animal welfare standards have been maintained and the meat is of the highest purity and quality. Our beef is carefully hung and butchered to ensure the special taste and texture that it is famous for.
Please note these items are priced by weight which varies accordingly.
